    A good example of trying to get any data out of a set where you do not know the accuracy, resolution or any other real statistics of it. Measurement errors are so much more than the claimed changes, and a lot of the data is either very poor, very sparse or badly manipulated and badly influenced by external factors. Basically all you can say is the data set is mostly flat.
