The article is in German, obviously, but let me explain what it is all about.
For better explanation, let’s go back to 2012.
In 2012 the German parliament, the Bundestag, decided that circumcision of male children under religious grounds shall be legal. That was, in my opinion, a step away from what an enlightened society should be. There is no logic reason for circumcision except development of a true phimosis, which can require surgery for everything to work as intended.
Cynical voices then wondered openly how long until female circumcision based on religious grounds (also known as female genital mutilation) would be legal in Germany.
It is now 2014 and Tatjana Hörnle, professor of law at Berlin’s Humboldt university, has made that step.
She demands that female “circumcision” must be legalized in Germany in the name of “female equality” and “women’s equal rights”, because boys are getting cut, so it’s only fair to cut girls as well!
Her demand has been met with contempt by doctors Scherer (physician at the Desert Flower Center, who works a lot on women who have been mutilated like this) and Hartmann (of the German union of pediatric doctors.)
Hartmann calls it cynical to use an argumentation that justifies physical violence against girls with physical violence against boys. Scherer warns that legalizing the removal of the clitoral hood under religious grounds will open the door for full FGM, the real War on Women.
Katharina Kunze from Terre the Femmes takes it a step further and calls it what it is: a manifestation of an anti-women society.
Professor Hörnle is already infamous in Germany for stating that the German ban of incest is not plausible.
Consider it for a second. It’s 2014, and there is a white, female professor, a woman (using the term loosely, really) in a free, democratic country that considers itself advanced and open and supports equality of the sexes, demanding that girls getting cut for no logic reason should be legal because boys are already getting cut for the same lack of logic reasons. She is willing to open the door for full scale female genital mutilation, an utterly barbaric practice that has no room in the 21st century under any circumstances, in the name of “women’s rights”.
This is the real War on Women.

Its a War on boys in the moment, and if girls can be cut too in the future its a War on Children.
FGM is a global war on women in the name of barbarism. Anyone supporting even just opening that door is guilty of supporting the war on women by those women-hating cultures.

If the brave anti-MGM- and anti-FGM-intactivists fail, the situation in Germany will be very similar to Indonesia and a medicalized form of FGM Type IV sub-type pinpricking (ritual nick) or FGM Type Ia (amputation of the clitoral hood / the clitoral prepuce) will be legally done in hospitals, if requested by traditional, religious (for example the followers of the fiqh or madhhab (one of the big four schools of sunni Islamic Law) according to Imam al-Shafii, common in Kurdish population of Iraq, or in Indonesia and Malaysia) or misinformed parents.
This should be avoided.

Der Coup der Tatjana Hörnle besteht im Erzeugen einer Spielsituation voller Erregung und Druck, der Nichtweitergabe von anatomisch korrekter Information zur Jungenbeschneidung in den 70. Deutschen Juristentag sowie darin, den § 226a StGB weiterhin nach Ausmaß genitaler Zerstörung und nachvollziehbar zugeordnetem Strafmaß in nur und genau zwei Stufen zu gliedern.

Das untere Regalfach, Absatz (2), wie gehabt und einstweilen (!) deutlich weniger bestraft, Klitorisvorhautamputation (FGM Typ Ia) und Einstechen (pinprick, ritual nick) sowie nun, und das ist jetzt neu, die sozusagen klassische Zirkumzision nach islamischen, jüdischem oder US-amerikanischem Muster (MGM). Zwei Wegbereiter deutscher Mädchenbescheidung
Das Vorgehen der beiden Verfechter einer deutschen Mädchenbeschneidung Karl-Peter Ringel und Kathrin Meyer besteht zum Ersten in der gezielten Nichtweitergabe anatomisch korrekter Information zur Zirkumzision (Sorrells et al., Fine-touch pressure thresholds in the adult penis). Deutschlands nichtbeschneidende und beschneidende Elternhäuser, Politiker und Sozialpädagogen sollen in Presse oder Parlamentsprotokoll nicht lesen können, dass dem Jungen 10.000 bis 20.000 Nervenendigungen oder Tastkörperchen der Typen Merkel, Ruffini, Vater Pacini und Meissner amputiert werden, die hoffentlich vorhandene Klitoris enthält 8000. Die negativen Auswirkungen jeder MGM auf Sexualität, Ehe und Partnerschaft sind der Fachwelt ebenfalls bekannt (Morten Frisch et al., Male circumcision and sexual function in men and women). Diese Methode öffentlich vorgespielter Dummheit konnte in der zweiten Hälfte des Jahres 2012 den politischen Praxistest bravourös bestehen. Nun endlich kann man sich auf die Ermahnung beschränken, dass der am 12.12.2012 durchs Parlament gepeitschte § 1631d die Mädchen diskriminiert, die in der BRD anders als in Indonesien noch gar nicht beschnitten werden dürfen.
Deutschland arbeitet, wie uns in diesen Tagen ja leider auch der 70. Deutsche Juristentag (Mädchenbeschneidungsfreundin Prof. Dr. Tatjana Hörnle) zeigt, mit Hochdruck an der Legalisierung der weiblichen Genitalverstümmelung nach der WHO-Klassifikation von FGM Typ Ia (Amputation Klitorisvorhaut) und IV (hier v. a. das Einstechen; engl. pinpricking, ritual nick). Wer nicht daran glaubt, dass jeder unbeschnittene Mann wie jede unbeschnittene Frau dereinst auf Dauer im Höllenfeuer brennt oder der ewigen Verdammnis anderweitig anheimfällt, hält die rituelle Teilzerstörung des Kindergenitals allerdings für eine Kindeswohlgefährdung. Die anatomisch eher unkundigen Karl-Peter Ringel und Kathrin Meyer müssen hier energisch einschreiten und zusätzlich in den Lobgesang ausbrechen, dass die inzidierte oder amputierte Klitorisvorhaut Familie, schafiitische Moscheegemeinde und Bundesrepublik Deutschland mit heißem Gemeinschaftsgeist, mit dem „positiven Aspekt der Schaffung religiöser Identität“ beschenkt: (…)

I should note that I’m using the term “War on Women” because most people here are Americans and they are familiar with the democrat/”liberal”/”progressive” narrative of how conservatives are allegedly fighting a war on women by “infringing” on women’s “reproductive rights” (going from banning abortion to not supporting “Obamacare” funding abortion, and similar.)
Yes, apparently thinking that some skank like a certain Sandra Fluke should pay for her own contraception is a “war on women”, while FGM is generally ignored, primarily because it’s done by certain “cultures” and being critical of what cultures other than whites do is “racist” in the warped “thinking” of “liberals” and “progressives”, a phenomenon that can also be observed in Germany and Austria, among many other countries.
