They’re hollering that 90% of the public wanted this thing passed.  Uh-huh, yeah.  Because if there’s anything that politicians like to do, it’s alienating nine voters for every one they accommodate.

Also, did you notice that John McCain voted yet again against the Second Amendment?  How could someone who endured years of the Hanoi Hilton turn into such a whiny little un-American bitch?   The Dark Side of Contress must never be underestimated.  Oh well.  The celebrity crying is still nice.
