Bad news all around, eh?

First, prayers for the victims of the Boston bombings.

As for the Gosnell thing, two thoughts just struck.  He’s on trial for killing one woman and seven babies, the infants done in by “snipping”…being beheaded with scissors.  And although “Dr.” Gosnell destroyed his files, there seems to be no doubt that he “snipped” hundreds and hundreds of times.

So…this listThis list right here?  He probably tops it.  Gosnell trumps Garavito.  Of course, there may be other “doctors” out that who’ve been even more prolific snippers.  I bet free-wheeling abortionists could probably displace the entire serial killer leaderboard.  And this is with us differentiating between abortion and infanticide, even if they are the same thing.  Most people don’t think that killing a clump of cells is murder, even if it is.  But not one single soul believes that beheading a baby isn’t murder…not even those who want legal infanticide

Rep. Jose Oliva followed up, asking the Planned Parenthood official, “You stated that a baby born alive on a table as a result of a botched abortion that that decision should be left to the doctor and the family. Is that what you’re saying?”

Again, Snow replied, “That decision should be between the patient and the health care provider.”

“I think that at that point the patient would be the child struggling on the table, wouldn’t you agree?” asked Oliva.

“That’s a very good question. I really don’t know how to answer that,” Snow said. “I would be glad to have some more conversations with you about this.”

You see why my blogging lapses are growing lengthier?  What’s one to say?  Why THE HELL does society treat Alisa LaPolt Snow with polite respect?  I’d say, “Ms. Snow…would it be murder if I aborted you?  Maybe you never grew a conscience, in which case you’re just an enormous talking fetus, or maybe you slew your conscience, making yourself an inhuman monster.  I know you’ll claim personhood, Ms. Snow, but any parrot can be trained to squawk the same thing.  So either you’re as human as a screaming baby….or you are less.”

Bah.  Yet more reason to keep hibernating from the world and its crazy vertebrate ways.

Oh, right, two thoughts were mentioned.  You remember Jack Kevorkian.  That huge public outcry!  Should doctors (or anyone) be allowed to facilitate voluntary euthanasia?  Society said “No!”…in the bygone era of 1999.  Now, fourteen years later, we have public defense of infanticide and Obamacare’s soon-to-come  IPAB (Independent Payment Advisory Board).

So, modern civilization:  women decide the fate of helpless infants, and bureaucrats decide the fate of powerless citizens.  That’s progress, I guess.

Those are the same people who scream and cry against death penalty. An unborn has less rights in their world than a monster that willingly tossed out all rights and privileges when it committed its horrible deeds.

  2. wormme says:

Yep. Our “civilization” doesn’t seem to have much more wiggle room, does it?

    • Edohiguma says:

Nope, not really. We’re pretty screwed.

You know, the one thing that always pisses me off in this discussion is when the point of rape is reached. Abortion after rape, totally fine and, at times, people even say it must be done.

But when I start thinking about that I end up with “Really?” Because, let’s face it, who really gets punished? The one who is 100% innocent. The criminal gets what? Usually a slap on the wrist, lots of psychologists helping him, maybe even government funded therapy. Hardly a punishment. He might eventually even get leave from prison when the therapists agree he’s no danger (as is done under our “humane” penal system; the idea itself, getting leave from prison as a criminal, is so f*cking retarded I don’t even know where to begin.) And who gets the death penalty? The unborn child who has done nothing. How is that even remotely justice or acceptable?

If you want to know how messed up the “justice” system here is, let me bring two cases.

      1) Jack Unterweger. Pretty famous case, even in the US. The guy was in jail for murder, but he started writing some crappy stuff, so all the intellectuals were totally mesmerized and called him, literally, the “jail poet”. Therapists and others eventually agreed with the intellectuals and he was released way before his time was up.

      What happened then?

Well, he started murdering prostitutes in Europe, then fled to the US and continued his murder spree until he was finally caught over there. After conviction he eventually snuffed himself in prison, and saved the tax payer a lot of money that way (plus made sure that no intellectual ever would get the idea of setting him free again.) Moral of the story: we let a murderer free and it cost the lives of, I think, more than a dozen women. I don’t recall anyone ever admitting mistake or even just voicing doubt.

      2) a few years ago a guy, who was in jail for raping an elementary school girl, was on leave from prison, where he raped another elementary school girl. His therapists in jail figured he could take leave from prison and was no longer a danger. So he ruined another child’s life.

There was a trial, of course, and the defense played the usual bleeding heart crap. Oh it wasn’t his fault, of course not. It was his childhood, yep. So he was sentenced to 6 years in… no, not in jail, but in a facility for criminals with mental issues. Justice. Yeah right.

And no, the penalties for such rape cases don’t stack. In Germany and Austria, even if you rape 10 children, you can only get a maximum number of years (5 in Germany.)

Then again, who’s surprised. Just 2 or so years ago the EU court for human rights (*snortgiggle) decided that a high security lockup after a “life sentence” (aka 25 years in Germany) for really dangerous criminals was violating the criminal’s human rights. That was after one of those criminals in Germany went to court over this.

Guess who else will be out of jail in 20 years.

Breivik, the lunatic who murdered more than 70 people in Norway.

Under this EU verdict they can’t keep him in high security lockup after his “life sentence” is over. And then the leftards pat themselves on the back over how humane and great they are.

Last year some leftwing Norwegian politician, a woman of course, cried and moaned at Japan for still having the death penalty and she actually fielded the Breivik case as proof how much more advanced Norway is.

Guess who will never get out of jail, not even in 20 years.

Asahara Shoko (the former Aum leader and mastermind of the ’95 sarin attack.) He will meet his end by dangling from a rope for what he did. And he will never be able to do it again.
