Thank you, edohiguma, for the bear video. It is indeed Ursine Zen. I must also admit that part of me roars with laughter at the fate of “Grizzly Man” Timmy Treadwell and his poor moron girlfriend. Which is why I can’t watch that documentary. Schadenfreude does not bring out the best in me.
Watching bears does.

OK, I finally get it. Unintentional comedy. I was trying to wrap my head around Wernor Herzog setting out to make a comedy and it just wouldn’t wrap. (I can’t think of anyone who makes darker movies, though there may be someone out there somewhere!)
Think British comedy. It’s not pie in the face style. It’s guy dies and his corpse gets lost style.
I want to say LOL, but I’m afraid it might be in bad taste . . .
