Had a maintenance day at work, and tomorrow is all day training.  It is ridiculous that we radiological techs have to spend all day in class three or four times a year.  Other technical groups don’t have to, but…oh, radiation!  And this isn’t to bad-mouth our training guys, they’re very good.  But they’d get better results by not sending us to school for eight solid hours like a bunch of snot-nosed kids.  Did it ever occur to anyone that three or four decades away from that routine might make it less than ideal for working adults?

No.

Anyway, have been away from the computer mostly by fate, only partially by apathy.  Will be back with all-new whining soon, I promise.
