Haven’t pointed out TSA abuses in a while. They are, of course, still growing.
The TSA is also operating bizarre obedience training programs, including the ridiculous “all stop” policy where travelers are ordered to freeze on the spot for no reason whatsoever.
Plus the TSA evidently trumps the First Amendment. And don’t forget, they’re trying to stretch their tentacles into all public transport, including bridges, roads, etc. Since you can’t get to your mailbox without “transporting” yourself, they will soon be in your driveway as well. If you let them.
I wonder how the Founding Fathers would have reacted, seeing King George’s men fondling their young daughters?
I’m still arguing the TSA is unconstitutional.
Article [IV]
The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no Warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by Oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized.
Not to mention that the TSA has not made flying any safer. They don’t provide any security. They’re there to intimidate.
