Have been Harryed the past few days.

Haven’t been blogging much.  As usual, lately.  But for much better reasons, and am in a good mood and getting stuff done.

Instead of reading utterly predictable “news”, got the Kindle version of “Ghost Story”, the latest (last?) Harry Dresden book.  Finishing that, I remembered there was a collection of short stories and novellas also, “Side Jobs”.  I’m halfway through the second one.

And because you’re such lil’ lovely chers, and I like playing Cajun…care for a bit o’ lagniappe?  Over at PJMedia, Frank F. has made a Christianity FAQs for unbelievers.  The following is a pretty good description of why your host keeps mentioning his religion:

In fact, the Bible says Christians should spread their faith. It’s sort of like how I want to tell everyone about Arrested Development so they’ll all enjoy it, too.

Round it out with Harry Potter.

But don’t remind me. I’m so far behind in regards to books it’s not even funny.

Will probably read the H.P. novels someday. But sorting through stuff over the past week has turned up dozens of books already purchased, yet unread.

Hey! What do you know! I found some nuclear news! http://www.japantimes.co.jp/text/nn20120816a6.html

Amazing! In all the whining about Hiroshima and Nagasaki, which the anti-nuclear power crowd has been milking ad nauseum, there’s actually some real news hidden in all the whine!

I almost got into a quarrel with some anti-nukers while I was in Japan. These people really have no clue.

I love that FAQ! And I like your quote from it.
