Folks have been commenting on Obama’s latest idiocy for two weeks now.  And yet no one—not Mark Steyn, not Malkin nor Krauthammer nor anyone—has recognized a fundamental point.  By implicitly…sorry, by pretty darn explicitly taking credit for the success of private industry, Obama also assumed responsibility for business failure.

And no one has pointed that out.

Obviously, Obama will not actually acknowledge that government is to blame for failure if it deserves credit for success.  If it you succeed it’s because of teachers and road crews.  But if you fail…well, Barack didn’t address that possibility, did he?  But obviously it’s on you.  In fact you should be ashamed, depriving government educators and construction crews of the tax dollars a successful business generates.
