The tinnitus and lack of sleep remain so bad that I took off early to get an Ambien prescription from my doc.  A co-worker said Ambien CR (contintual release) was good, and there’s a generic.

My co-pay on 30 pills was $111!  For generic!  I’ll never be able to sleep with this outrage on my mind.

Hopefully I won’t be so scarce when (God willing) the tinnitus subsides some and lets me get some rest.
