…er…children shouldn’t learn about personal resonsibility at an impressionable age?  That would interfere with their ongoing Dept. of Education indoctrination. 

Note that it’s the Labor Department behind this particular idiocy.  Unions just get more and more pathetic, don’t they?  Now they’re reduced to picking on children while hiding behind the Feds.  

But that’s probably a good idea.  In a fight between spoiled union drones and early-rising farm kids, I’d have to bet on the pre-adults who know the importance of hard work.
