“The more things change…”

…the more Jews need to get the hell out of “civilized” nations.

The Israeli Foreign Ministry, by contrast, expressing shock over the attack,

Yep.  Shocking.

“There is no Jewish future in France,” Katz, of the National Union party, said, adding that the state of Israel is the future of the Jewish people, and that Jews should not trust their fate to “Sarkozy, Obama or other world leaders.”

How far is Iran from getting the bomb, again?  And what are Europe and America doing about it?

Good luck, Israel.

UPDATE–Good luck, Israel!  Seeing how my government keeps testing the waters of  abandoning you.  Nice policy, huh?  Because nothing placates the sons of Ishmael like showing weakness.  (NOTE–No, I’m not saying that Persians are Arabs.  Just that almost everyone else in that region is.)

That last is interesting, but I’m not sure I fully understand it. At a guess…that’s the cost of global de-nuking? Which is an asinine thing to estimate, given that it’s not going to happen.

I’m totally in favor of vastly reducing nukes, though…as long as we explode them in Orion space drives.

German de-nuking only, as in shutting down the plants, since the Germans got crazy over it last year. I think it consists of all the work that would have to be done, etc. It doesn’t count the loss of jobs that will happen.

        It’s just insane.
