A California federal court is to decide for the first time in US history whether amusement park animals are protected by the same constitutional rights as humans.
Thankfully, if PETA wins they’ll be satisfied with this victory and leave everyone alone, right? Your little Fido is nothing like Shamu. Right?

PETA sees no qualitative difference between people and animals. So there’s really only one appropriate way to deal them. Just treat them the way strong animals always deal with their pack’s uppity weaklings. Punish them mercilessly until their wills break and they bare their throats in submission.
And then…we’ll make them crawl around on all fours and eat and drink off the floor while wearing funny clothes.

PETA has never cared about animals. This is proven by what they do with animals they can’t find a place for right away. They just kill them. In the thousands.
