Don’t make any sudden movements.

We’re having some success at drawing the rare, elusive GSB out of hiding.  We won’t tempt Fate by highlighting her recent chirps, but they are recorded here for your surprised delight.  Our local GSB is of the (possibly unique) Americanized variety, so these safety precautions are for your own safety.

Because “shoot first, ask questions later” makes perfect sense to her.

Obviously we are pleased to have such a specimen in…er…”captivity”?  Of course not.  GSBs come and go as they please, welcome as they are in all civilized lands.  But not all GSBs are the same, and we were supremely lucky.  Our GSB has a wonderful sense of humor. Because everything we’ve just written is a prelude to this fact:  the following cartoon strip is one of her favorites:

No, we don’t know why the text shrank, despite our best efforts.  The GSB is beyond our comprehension.

Manic humor links are not just because I’m manic. It’s also because the timing’s all off when everyone’s on the other side of the world. It’s like talking to myself. You, too? That’s exactly how I feel! Really? Wow! I guess we have a lot in common, don’t we? Yeah! I guess we do! By the way, I’m Xpat. Nice to meet you, Xpat! I’m Tapx!
