Via the Blogfather, an IBD editorial points out bipartisan support for Tea Party positions and asks,
Wouldn’t a better term for the tea party be “uniters”?
Well…better than “cannibalistic terrorists”, sure. But uniters compared to Obama? That’s crazy talk. No politician in our history has been better at uniting America.
Have you forgotten already? Give the man credit. He promised to unite the nation. And unlike every other promise, he kept that one.
UPDATE–Whoops, forgot about the “energy costs will necessarily skyrocket” remark. So that’s twice he’s kept his word. Is there more? If you remember any, share ’em in comments.

I think gatewaypundit reported that GOP and Dem told Obama to effectively “GTFO” of the room so that they could work on a solution.
Seems perfectly reasonable to me. It was Congressional business, he had no meaningful role to play.
