Given modern communication, computing, and Iceland’s tiny ~320,000 population, couldn’t they use the open source approach to writing a foundational document? A lot of filtering would be required, sure, but wikipedia manages. Keep your constitution simple, and amendable by some agreed-upon supermajority.
