Actually, stay in the U.N. since we have veto power. Stay in the U.N. and make sure it does nothing.
Have to totally disagree there. Being a part of the U.N. makes us partners with oppressive regimes. We might have to negotiate treaties with regimes, we don’t have to be allies. Reagan didn’t legitimize the Evil Empire and we shouldn’t belly up to tyrants.
I understand what you’re saying about omni-vetoing, which would be amusing. But even allowing tyrants to vote uselessly in our business is to let them do what they deny their own citizens. That is inherently wrong.
