Mickey Kaus, formerly a writer for…
…is a Democrat. That alone should almost be a crime. The qualifier is due solely to Democrats like Mickey. They dwindle, as the great Ass becomes ever less tolerant of apostasy.
Mickey’s been writing online, excellently, since the digital Stone Age. Sorry, Slate Age.
You know how some people can come to define a word or phrase for you? For example, obviously Phil Foglio defines “exuberance”:
(hat-tip: go, love. Then go buy buy! You must…it’s for Science!)
Um…what can I say…exuberance is contagious. Anyway, pre-Kaus I’d never heard of “cheerful cynicism”, but he is its very avatar.
This post’s point is that, rationality-wise, Mickey is as good as Democrat gets. His campaign against “Ma’am” Boxer argues for taking on gov unions and treating our nation’s borders as…well…borders. So he possess at least minimal patriotism and sense.
But will Mickey, after reading this post, both agree with it and take it to heart? And of course Obama is but a single fart in the crapulent hurricane issuing from the Ass Party. Would Kaus reject, out of moral necessity, all of Barack’s words unless verified by an honest person?
Of course not. Though neither would most Republicans. Even Tea Partiers act as if Barack’s endless words merit a response. They don’t. His lies are ubiquituous.
Heed the Worm’s decree: it is immoral to pretend a known liar is honest.
